📢 This article explains the installation and integration method with the Salla platform, version two, which is being gradually launched for all customers. The Rewaa platform supports integration with the online store platform (Salla), allowing you to receive orders and manage inventory easily.
Terms of Integrating Rewaa Platform with Salla Platform
Make sure the following conditions are met before starting:
Your subscription package on Salla is (Salla Pro).
You have an online store on the Salla platform that is not previously integrated with the Rewaa platform.
Integration is done on one site only (one branch in Rewaa).
ℹ️ Note: There are fees for installing the Salla app on the Rewaa platform, and the fees vary depending on the subscription package. For more details, click here.
⚠️ Warning: The currency accepted in Rewaa is only the Saudi Riyal, meaning the platform does not recognize products priced in other currencies in other stores.

Weighted product.
Service product (services).

ℹ️ Note: Products tracked by batch number or serial number cannot be integrated with the Salla platform. We welcome your suggestions via the suggestions platform.
Instructions Before Starting the Integration Process
If you have products already added on the Salla platform, ensure:
Product prices are available in the Salla store.
Cost prices are available on the Rewaa platform.
Correct quantities are available on the Rewaa platform.
Product identifiers (SKU) match on both platforms.
If you have products on the Salla platform without identifiers (SKU), or with identifiers different from the Rewaa platform, add the missing identifiers in the Salla platform and match the different identifiers with the Rewaa platform to ensure the integration process succeeds correctly.
💡 It is preferable to temporarily stop sales (put the store under maintenance) or choose a time with fewer order receipts (such as early morning) to conduct the integration between the platforms.
Steps to Integrate Rewaa Platform with Salla Platform
Step One: Set Up Tax Settings
Tax settings must match on both platforms to ensure correct prices when receiving orders.
Go to the Rewaa platform: Settings > Settings > Sales Tax Status > Set up tax settings.
Go to the Salla platform: Store Settings > Advanced Settings > Tax Setup > Set up tax settings.
ℹ️ Note:
The tax number must be added on the Salla platform to activate the tax correctly.
Choose the shipping tax status on the Salla platform; shipping fees and shipping tax will reflect on the Rewaa platform when receiving the order.
Shipping fees reflect on the Rewaa platform as sales, and you can add them manually as an expense.
Step Two: Install the App
Go to the Rewaa platform > Apps > Available Apps.
Click on the Salla app > "Install".
Step Three: Link the App
Click on "Link Salla Account".
Enter your email and password for your account on the Salla platform.
Click on "Log In".
Click on "Grant Permission" to complete the integration.
You are automatically redirected to the Rewaa platform:
Choose the branch to link the available quantities with the Salla platform.
Click on "Next".
Click on "Link and Install".
The process of linking products between the platforms starts for products matching the same identifier (SKU).
After completing the integration, click on "Next".
ℹ️ Note: The process may take several minutes depending on the number of products you have.
Click on "Finish".
The app has been successfully installed, and you can start receiving orders.
