How to know the details of your subscription on the Riwaa platform

The Rewaa platform allows you to have a dedicated page to easily view your subscription details from one place, such as: package data, subscription status, next renewal date, and other data, in addition to reviewing additional features and services to subscribe to directly from the platform.

#Accessing the Subscription Page

• From the sidebar, click on Settings > Subscription.

#Sections of the Subscription Page

#1- Subscription Data: This section displays the most important information about your current subscription, such as:

• Package name.

• Package price.

• Subscription status.

• Next renewal date.

Through this, you can monitor your subscription status and know the next renewal date without needing to search in different places.

#2- Usage Data: This section helps you track your actual usage of the features available in your subscription, such as:

• Number of users.

• Number of branches.

• Number of sales boxes.

• Number of WhatsApp invoices.

• Applications included in your subscription or that you have purchased, with the status of each application: "Installed" or "Not Installed".

This gives you a clear picture of your current usage and whether you need to increase any of the available features in your subscription.

#3- Additional Features: In this section, you will find all the additional features you can subscribe to directly from the platform, such as:

• Applications.

• Websites.

From this section, you can:

• Choose the feature that suits your needs.

• Complete the subscription.

   Yes, usage data is updated automatically to reflect your current usage of the features available in your subscription.

2. Can I view and print my subscription invoices?

   Yes, you can do so by clicking on "Invoice Record", then open the required invoice and complete the printing steps.

3. Can user permissions be set to access the subscription page?

   Yes, user permissions can be set through user permissions in settings.

   When the subscription permission is closed for a user, they will not be able to view the subscription page or its details.

4. Do the applications included in my subscription appear?

   Yes, the "Usage Data" section displays the applications included in your subscription or that you have purchased, with the status of each application: "Installed" or "Not Installed".
