Accessing the Stock Transfer Interface

Go to Products and Inventory > Stock Transfer.

All the operations you have created will appear.
Searching for Stock Transfer Requests
- Search for the request using the transfer invoice number.
Customizing Columns

Click on "Customize Columns."

Check (✔) the data you want to display, such as the user.
Knowing the Status of Stock Transfer
Available statuses:

Awaiting receipt.

Awaiting dispatch.

Accepted.

Partially accepted.

Rejected.
Exporting Stock Transfer Requests to an Excel File

Click on "Export All."

An Excel file will be downloaded to your device.
Printing or Saving a Stock Transfer Invoice as a PDF

Click on the printer icon (🖨️).

Select the data you want to print.

Choose "Print."

In the print window:

To print: Select the printer name and click "Print."

To save: Choose to save as a PDF file, then click "Save."

Settings > Users > ⚙️ > Edit Member.

Go to User Permissions > Purchases and Suppliers.

Close the permission (View Cost Price) found in the stock transfer details.

Click "Save" for the user's data.
4- Can I reject receiving all stock transfer requests at once?
Yes, you can.

Check (✔) the requests you want to reject.
