The wallet helps you track the balance of cash and bank amounts for all transactions conducted on the Riwaa platform. Knowing the balance helps you make financial decisions, such as paying amounts owed to suppliers, preparing tax amounts and fines, and more. In this article, we explain the details of the wallet and everything related to it.
Accessing Wallet Details

Go to Accounting > Expenses > Summary.

The following details appear:

Wallet balance: collected amounts (cash and bank).

Option to add or withdraw balance from the wallet.
⚠️ Note: Withdrawal or addition transactions do not affect your business's net profit, sales, purchases, or operating expenses reports.
Steps to Add Balance to the Wallet

Click "Add Balance."

Enter the amount.

Select the category or add a new category (+).

Tracking Wallet Transactions
- Click "View All Transactions" to see: transaction date, type, user name, amount, balance.
Accessing the Wallet Dashboard

You can find the following data:

Net income.

Highest expenses by category.

Sales excluding tax.

Cost of sales excluding tax.

💡 To calculate tax manually, click "Calculate Your Tax" and enter the following data:

Total sales including tax.

Total purchases including tax.
-
Total operating expenses including tax.

Click "Calculate Tax."

If the amount appears in red, it means: Tax to be paid to the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority.

If it appears in green, it means: Tax to be received from the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority.

If total sales equal total purchases and total operating expenses, no tax is due.
