What is the Customer Account Statement?
It is a summary of the financial transactions you have conducted on the Riway platform between you and a specific customer. You can specify a certain time period to view its details.
What does the Customer Account Statement include?
The customer account statement includes a summary of total amounts such as (opening balance, total invoice amounts, total amount paid, and outstanding amount). It also includes details of transactions made with this customer, such as the type of transaction and its date… etc.
Accessing the Customer Account Statement
After installing the accounting application:

Go to Sales and Customers > Customers.

Search by customer name or mobile number.

Click on the customer icon.

Click on "Account Statement" at the top left of the page.

Select the required period.

Transactions appear according to the specified period.
Exporting the Customer Account Statement to an (Excel) File

Click on "Export".

An (Excel) file is downloaded to your device.
Printing or Saving the Customer Account Statement as a PDF

Click on "Print".

In the print window:

For printing: Choose the printer name and click "Print".

For saving: Choose to save as a PDF file format, then click "Save".
