Constraints are defined as the process of organizing ongoing financial operations in your business between creditor accounts and debtor accounts, where a special account is created for each financial transaction, whether it is a purchase, sale, or any other financial operation.
Automated Constraints
These are the constraints that the Riwaa system automatically records when performing operations on the platform, such as sales, purchases, adding products, and other operations.
Manual Constraints
These are the constraints that you enter manually, such as recording settlement constraints or bank transfers.
Types of Manual Constraints

Double Constraints: A constraint for one debtor account and another creditor account.

Compound Constraints: Contains more than two accounts, can include multiple debtor accounts and multiple creditor accounts at the same time.
Adding a Double Manual Constraint

Go to Accounting > Daily Constraints.

Click on "New Manual Constraint."

Add the basic information:

Date (can add a previous date, current date, future date).

Location.

Notes (optional).

Choose the first account and enter the amount (creditor or debtor).

Choose the second account and enter the amount (creditor or debtor).

Add description and attachments (optional).

Click on "Save."

Yes, you can.
For suppliers: Choose the creditors account from suppliers > Select the supplier name > Complete the steps.
For customers: Choose the debtors account from customers > Select the customer name > Complete the steps.
4- How is the constraint added when adding or deleting more than one product?
Only one constraint is created for each operation.
