How to manually adjust product quantities on the Riwaa platform

The Riwaya platform provides the option to manually adjust product quantities, which allows you to modify the quantity directly without an official purchase invoice. You can enable this option if you have not installed the accounting application and need to adjust quantities.

⚠️ Note: Generally, we do not recommend manually adjusting quantities to ensure the accuracy of inventory records, as any addition or modification without adding a purchase invoice on the platform leads to:

• Not accounting for the purchase amount in the tax declaration report.

• Amounts not appearing in purchase and supplier reports.

#Steps to Enable the Manual Quantity Adjustment Option

1. Go to Settings > Settings.

2. Scroll down the page.

3. Uncheck (✔) the option (Edit Product Quantity).

4. Click "Save."

5. Choose "Confirm" to complete the process.

#To Adjust the Product Quantity:

1. Go to Products and Inventory > Products > Click on the product name.

2. Go to the quantity field, and manually adjust the quantity.

#Setting User Permissions to Access the Manual Quantity Adjustment Option

1. Go to: Settings > Users.

2. Click on the ⚙️ icon > Edit Member.

3. Go to User Permissions > Settings > Settings Details.

4. Close the permission you find appropriate:

• View: The user can see the manual adjustment option without enabling or disabling it.

• Edit: The user can enable or disable the manual adjustment option.

• Click "Save User Data."
