Learn how to activate the feature, create links, use them by customers, and complete the payment process electronically.
The Rewaa Links feature allows you to collect the value of the quotation or your sales invoices remotely, so the customer receives the payment link on their mobile and pays using Mada, MasterCard, Visa, or Apple Pay. After completing the payment, the quotation automatically turns into a paid sales invoice, the quantities in the inventory are updated, and the amount appears in reports and the dashboard.
Information Before Starting
All invoices issued after payment via the link are compliant with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and are treated like any invoice issued directly from the platform.
The Rewaa Links feature requires verification of the merchant's data by uploading the required documents. Go to Sales and Customers > Cash Registers > Quotations List, and choose to complete the verification now.
The Rewaa Links feature is available for free, and processing fees are applied to payment transactions according to the payment method: Mada: 1%, other payment methods: 2.2%. These fees appear when reviewing the transaction.
