The Product Performance Report helps you understand the performance of each product separately, and identify the best-selling and most profitable products. This enables you to make purchasing decisions from suppliers, plan promotions, and other matters that contribute to improving inventory management and increasing profits.

This report does not include shipping/cash on delivery fees from integration channels (the online store).

Data for products deleted from inventory is not displayed or calculated.
Accessing the Report

Go to Reports > Inventory > Product Performance Report.

Click on the report to view the details.
Searching the Report
- Enter the product name or SKU in the designated search field.
Filtering Search Results

Click on "Filter."

You can filter results by:

Date (from–to).
-
Supplier name.
-
Brand.
-
Category.
-
Location.
-

Click on "Apply."
Selecting Time

Click on the time field.

Select the desired time frame:

24 hours (default setting).

Choose a custom period (temporary or fixed).
To choose a temporary period:

Click on "Edit Temporary Period."

Select the start and end time.

Click on "Apply."
To add a fixed period:

Add the period name.

Define the period hours.

Sorting Data

Report Sections

Summary: Displays total sales and profit for all products.

Details: Provides detailed data for all products.
ℹ️ Summary and details data are calculated based on the specified date, time, and filter factors.
Report Data
Product Name/SKU
Based on the data entered in the product section.
Available Quantity Today
Total quantity of the product available in inventory (this number is not affected by time period filtering or other filters).
Product Cost Today
Average cost of the product in inventory.
Inventory Value Today
Average cost of the product in inventory X product quantity (the inventory value of package and bundled products is not calculated).
Product Supplier, Product Brand, Product Category
Based on your specification of these details within the product data in the product section.
Location
The branch from which you sold.
Sales
Total completed sales for the product excluding tax, minus returns and discounts.
Cost of Goods Sold
Total cost of products sold, minus the total cost of products returned.
Profit Value
Product sales excluding tax minus the cost of goods sold.
Sales Tax
Total tax collected for selling the taxable product at all rates.
Sales (Including Tax)
Total sales for the product minus returns and discounts.
Added Profit Margin
(Sales - Cost of Goods Sold) ÷ Cost of Goods Sold
Profit Margin%
(Sales - Cost of Goods Sold) ÷ Sales
Quantity Sold
Quantity of the product sold without deducting returns.
Quantity Purchased
Total quantity of the product purchased through purchase invoices (manual quantity adjustment is not calculated).
Quantity Returned
Quantity of the product that was returned.
Exporting the Report
- Click "Export":
To export the report summary:
- Choose (Summary xlsx).
To export the report details:
- Choose: Excel file or PDF file.
- The file is downloaded to your device.

The Product Performance Report displays sales, profits, and profit margins for each product over a specified period — designed for commercial performance analysis. Whereas Product Export outputs a list of all your current products in the system (name, barcode, price, available quantity) — useful for review and backup.
9- What is the difference between the Product Performance Report and the Product Movement Report? The Product Performance Report focuses on sales and profitability (how much each product sold and its profit margin). The Product Movement Report focuses on the history of each transaction that affected the product quantity (sales, returns, purchases, transfers, inventory) with the quantity before and after each transaction.
