The Rewaa platform provides 5 main roles for users, through which appropriate permissions can be determined according to the tasks assigned to each role.
What is meant by roles and permissions?
Roles: A title that describes the user's function within the system, such as: cashier.
Permission: Determines what the user can do within the platform, such as: the permission to add a discount when selling.
Available roles and permissions
Account Supervisor (Admin): Responsible for full control of the system, allowing them to configure and manage all operations and settings.
Cashier: Responsible for executing financial transactions, processing payments, and completing sales operations.
Branch Manager: Responsible for supervising daily operations and monitoring employee performance.
Warehouse Manager: Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and managing stock receipt and issuance operations.
Accountant: Responsible for managing financial records, reviewing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with financial standards and procedures.
Assigning a role when adding a user
Go to Settings > General > Users > Add User.
Add the required data and select the role.
Add the user to the platform.

Editing roles for user accounts
Go to Settings > General > Roles and Permissions.
Click on the three dots in front of the desired role > select "Assign to Users".
Check the box in front of the desired user.
Click "Assign".
Editing role permissions
Go to Settings > General > Roles and Permissions.
Click on the three dots in front of the desired role > select "Edit Permissions".
Click on the desired section from the list on the right side.
Enable or disable the desired permission from the list on the left side.
Click "Save Changes".
Permissions are modified for all users assigned to the role that was edited.

Currently, new roles cannot be created. The available roles are the default roles on the platform.
