How to manage sales invoices from the sales screen

Riwaa platform allows you to access sales invoices directly from the sales screen. This feature helps the cashier to search and manage invoices quickly without leaving the sales box.

#Accessing the Invoice List in the Sales Screen

1. Open the sales box.

2. Click on the invoice list, all invoices will appear.

#Searching for Invoices

From the invoice list in the sales screen, search for the invoice using:

• Invoice number.

• Serial number (for tracked products).

• Customer name.

• Product name.

#Filtering Search Results

From the invoice list in the sales screen, choose the filtering method by:

• Time period.

• Receipt type: Sale, Return, All.

• Payment method.

• Location (branches).

#Printing Invoices

1. From the invoice list in the sales screen, click on the three dots in the actions column.

2. Click on Print, then complete the steps to print the invoice.

#Returning Invoices

1. From the invoice list in the sales screen, search for the invoice by its number or by the customer name.

2. Click on the invoice to view details.

3. Complete the return steps.

#Collecting Amounts for Deferred Invoices

1. From the invoice list in the sales screen, search for the invoice by its number or by the customer name.

2. Click on the three dots in the actions column.

3. Choose "Receive an amount due from the customer".

4. Enter the amount paid by the customer.

5. Select the payment method and click "Pay".

6. The invoice is paid directly and the amount is deducted from the amounts due from the customer.

1- Can I display more than 10 invoices on the page?

Yes, you can. Click on the field designated for the number of invoices at the bottom of the page, you can display up to 200 invoices on one page.

2- I have a user account and cannot access the invoice list, what is the reason?

Contact the main account user to find out the permissions available to you.

3- Can I find all invoices that contain a specific product for the same customer?

Yes, you can. Search for the customer name and product name to display all associated invoices.
