How to print a receipt voucher from the Riwaa platform

A receipt voucher is a financial document that records the process of receiving an amount from the client, such as settling a deferred invoice. You can refer to and print it at any time.

#When does the receipt voucher appear?

The receipt voucher automatically appears on the Rewaa platform when a due amount is received from the client for a deferred invoice, whether the client pays the full amount or partially.

ℹ️ Note: The receipt voucher in Rewaa is dedicated only to client payments. If you need to issue a receipt voucher upon receiving products from the supplier before issuing the purchase invoice, you can issue the voucher from stock vouchers.

#Accessing Receipt Vouchers

1. Go to Sales and Clients > Client Payments.

2. A list of receipt vouchers sorted by the latest appears.

#Filtering Search Results

1. Click on the "Filter" field.

2. You can filter the search results by:

   • Receipt voucher number.

   • Receipt date.

   • Client name.

   • Payment method.

   • Cash register name.

3. Click "Apply".

#Printing the Receipt Voucher

1. From Sales and Clients > Client Payments.

2. Search for the sales invoice number.

3. All related payment transactions appear.

4. Click on the 🖨️ icon.

5. Select the printer name.

6. Click "Print".

#Saving the Receipt Voucher as a PDF File

1. From the same Client Payments page, click on the 🖨️ icon.

2. In the printer name field, choose "Save as PDF File".

3. Click "Save".

4. The voucher will be saved on your device.
