The activity log helps you track actions you or another user have taken, such as: when a product is added or deleted, changing a product's price or quantity, installing or deleting an application, among others, with the user name who performed this activity clarified.
To access the activity log

From the sidebar, choose the home page.

Go to the middle of the page > Latest updates > Activity log.

Click on the gray scroll bar to see the latest activities.
ℹ️ Note: The activity log is not affected by changing the time period or location on the home page.
To view all activities

Click on "View all."

Use the search field to enter the type of activity, such as: deleting a product, adding a product.

Filter the search results by: date and time, department, user.

All activities appear according to the filter you applied, you can view and review them.

Can search results be sorted from oldest to newest?
Yes, this can be done, click on the sort field, choose sorting by oldest.

Are all activities saved from the start date of using the Riwaa platform?
Yes, all activities are saved, enter the date you want in the date and time filter field, all activities appear for the specified time period.

Is it possible to know the login and logout times of users on the platform?
This feature is not currently available on the Riwaa platform, work is underway to add it in upcoming updates.
