How to propose an idea on the Rewaa platform

If you have any suggestions or ideas, you can share them with us through the "Suggestions Platform". Whether your idea is about adding a new feature, improving a current feature, or any development you wish to see on the platform. You can submit your suggestion at any time and track its status to see if it has been approved or started.

#Steps to Share Your Idea

1. Go to the "Learn and Discover" section in the top menu of the platform.

2. Select "Suggestions Platform."

3. Click on "Share Your Idea."

4. Fill in the following fields:

   • Idea Name

   • Idea Description

5. Choose the category of the idea, then click on "Submit Your Idea."

After submitting your idea, you can follow the feedback on it, as well as interact by commenting or voting on other customers' ideas.

#How to Write an Effective Idea

1. Identify the challenge you face

   Describe the challenge you or your employees face. Example: I cannot assign more than one cashier to the same register.

2. How this challenge can be solved

   Suggest the feature that will address this challenge. Example: Grant the owner more permissions to assign more than one cashier to the same register.

3. Why this feature is important

   Explain why this feature is important to you or your employees. Example: It will help speed up work instead of opening a register for each employee.

#How We Study the Proposed Idea

The product team at Rewaa reviews all submitted ideas and studies them as follows:

• If the idea already exists:

  We inform you through a comment that your idea is already implemented, with guidance on how to access it.

• If the idea is new:

  1. We review customer interaction with it, and start developing ideas that received the most interaction from customers.

  2. Other ideas are added to the work plan and their status is monitored and updated continuously.

• Deferred proposals:
  Some ideas are deferred for implementation at the appropriate time.

• Unapproved proposals:

  We appreciate all the ideas we receive, but some may not be approved as they do not align with the current platform plans.
