The homepage provides you with a comprehensive overview of your business performance and makes it easy for you to monitor your sales and make financial decisions that contribute to the success and continuity of your business.
Accessing the Homepage
- Click on the first option from the sidebar on the screen.
Data Filtering Options
Branches:

Click on the branches field.

Select the branch/branches you want.
Time Period:

Click on the date field.

Select the time period (maximum of 3 months).
Time:

Click on the time field.

Select the time you want:

24 hours (default setting).

Set a specific period (temporary or add a fixed option).
To set a temporary time:

Click on "Edit Temporary Period."

Select start time, end time.

Click "Apply."

Sales Overview

Sales: Total sales including tax for the specified period, with the ability to know last month's sales and set the monthly target.

Sales Operations: Number of sales invoices during the specified period (excluding return invoices), example: you issued (147 invoices), one invoice was returned, showing total sales operations (147 operations).

Total Profit: Total sales excluding tax minus the cost of goods sold.

Net Income: Total sales excluding tax minus the cost of goods sold, expenses, and the cost of damaged goods in inventory.
ℹ️ The cost of goods sold is the cost of the product, calculated using the estimated average cost based on the initial cost of the product in inventory and changes that occur when purchase orders are added.
⚠️ Net income is not calculated for service products or those with disabled inventory management.

Hover over the chart to see details.

Sales for the specified period (without deducting returns).
💡Example: Total sales for the day (537.01 SAR), number of sales operations (8 operations), return value (0). When a return is made, only the return value will change, but it will not be deducted from the total sales displayed in the chart.

Sales by top-selling products (after deducting returns).
💡Example: A product worth 58 SAR including tax, number of sales operations 7 operations = 406 SAR.
After returning one piece, the sales value appears as 348 SAR including tax, number of sales operations 6 operations.

Sales by top-selling categories (after deducting returns).
💡Example: Total sales for the category (500 SAR) a product worth (16 SAR) was returned, the sales value appears as (484 SAR).

Sales by each branch with inventory value (without deducting returns).
💡Example: Branch sales value (2,583.99 SAR), products worth (100 SAR) were returned, the sales amount appears here without deducting the return value.

Sales by sellers (sales representative) (after deducting returns).
💡Example: Sales (Mohammad) during the month (300 SAR) then a product worth (10 SAR) was returned, the sales value appears here as (290 SAR) after deducting the return value.

1- Do manual entries affect the net income on the homepage?
No, manual entries do not affect the net income or any other figures within the platform.
2- Why does the "Sales by Sellers" chart appear empty?
Make sure to activate the "Seller" feature through Sales and Customers > POS Sales Settings. For more details click here.
3- Can I know the inventory value for a specific day in a previous period?
No, the inventory value is the current value of the products in inventory.
4- How can I verify the cost of goods sold calculated in net income?
- Select the time period on the homepage.
- Go to Reports > Inventory > Product Performance Report.
- Select the time period matching the homepage.
- Review the cost of goods sold from the designated column.
