How to earn and use Rewaa rewards

Learn about referral rewards and cashback rewards and how to use them.

Rewaa rewards allow you to benefit from two types of rewards: referral rewards and cashback rewards.

#Referral Rewards

A credit of 500 SAR that you receive for each new customer who subscribes to the Rewaa platform through your link and meets the conditions. You can withdraw this credit to your bank account.

#Conditions for Receiving the Referral Reward

1. The invitee must be a new customer who has not previously subscribed to the Rewaa platform.

2. The invitee must register through your referral code or link.

3. The invitee must pay the subscription fee within a period not exceeding 60 days from the registration date.

ℹ️ Note: The reward is deposited into your wallet after the customer completes a period of 14 days from the date of paying the subscription fee.

#Get the Referral Link

1. Log in to the Rewaa platform.

2. Click on "Rewaa Rewards" located at the top left of the page.

3. Copy your referral code or link.

4. Share the link with your friends and acquaintances whom you want to invite to subscribe to Rewaa.

#Track Invitees' Status

Click on the "Invitees" list to know the following statuses:

• New Registration: The invitee has created an account on Rewaa.

• New Subscription: The invitee has completed their subscription and become a customer.

• Completed: The customer has completed the 14-day trial period. This indicates a successful referral and eligibility for the reward.

• Canceled: The customer canceled their subscription during the 14-day trial period.

• Expired: 74 days have passed since the invitee's registration without completing the subscription.

#Track Referral Transactions

Click on "Referral Transactions" to view the details of the rewards, their status, and the related transactions.

#Withdraw the Referral Reward

1. Go to "Rewaa Rewards" > "Referral Rewards".

2. Click on the "Withdraw Balance" option.

3. Enter the bank account details to which you wish to transfer the reward.

4. Click on "Withdraw Balance".

ℹ️ Note: The amount is transferred to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days after submitting the withdrawal request.

#Cashback Rewards

Credit you receive based on offers and gifts provided by Rewaa. You can use it to purchase add-ons from the platform, such as branches, WhatsApp invoices, digital menus, etc. The credit appears in the Cashback Rewards wallet.

#Use Cashback Credit

1. Log in to the Rewaa platform.

2. Click on "Rewaa Rewards" located at the top left of the page.

3. Click on "Purchase Add-ons".

4. Choose the add-on you want to purchase.

5. Activate the "Use Rewaa Rewards" option.

6. Complete the purchase steps.

1. What is the difference between referral rewards and cashback rewards?

   • Referral Rewards: Credit you receive for referring a new customer to subscribe to Rewaa and after meeting the conditions. This credit can be withdrawn to your bank account.

   • Cashback Rewards: Credit you receive as part of offers and gifts provided by Rewaa, and this credit can be used to purchase add-ons from the platform only.

2. Who is eligible for referral rewards?
   All current Rewaa customers and affiliate marketers are eligible to participate.
   

3. Does each user have their own referral link?
   No, the referral link is linked to the main account on the Rewaa platform, and there is no separate link for each sub-user.

4. I haven't received my reward, what should I do?
   Check the invitees list and transaction record for details. If the conditions are met and more than 14 days have passed without the reward being deposited, contact the technical support team via live chat for assistance.

5. Can I use cashback credit outside the Rewaa platform?
   No, the credit can be used when purchasing add-ons from within the Rewaa platform only.
