How to add a product image

When adding product images and selecting the sales interface with images, these images will appear directly on the cashier's screen, helping them find products quickly and execute sales operations faster.

#Steps to Add Product Images

1. Go to Products and Inventory > Products.

2. Click on the three dots in the Actions column > Edit Product.

#For single-type products, bundled products, services, and weighted products, follow these steps:

1. Go to the designated area for adding images.

2. Click on "Search for Images" and upload the saved product images from your device.

   Or drag and drop the images into the designated area.

3. Check (✔) the main image for the product.

4. Click "Save". The images will appear on the sales interface with images.

#For products of type (multi-type, package product, add-ons), follow these steps:

1. Upload all available images for the product/options.

2. Click on "Search for Images" and upload the saved product images from your device.

   Or drag and drop the images into the designated area.

3. Check (✔) the main image to appear on the cashier's screen.

4. Go to the product details.

5. Click on the designated field for the image in front of the product details.

6. Choose the appropriate image for the product.

7. Repeat the step for the rest of the types.

8. Click "Save". The images will appear on the sales interface with images.

#Frequently Asked Questions

1- Can I delete a product image after adding it?

Yes, you can. Check (✔) the image you want to delete, then click delete.

2- When adding a multi-type product, does each type's image appear separately on the sales screen?

This feature is not currently available; only the main product image appears.

3- What does "Set as Main Image" mean?

This option means selecting the image to appear on the product in the sales interface with images.

4- Can I print product images on the invoice?

This feature is not available; product images only appear in the products section and the sales interface with images.

5- Do product images transfer to the (Salla, Zid) platform when linked with them?

Product images do not transfer when linked with online stores; they are saved on the Rewa platform only.

6- Do images appear in the data when exporting products from the platform in an (Excel) file?

Product images do not appear in the product export (Excel) file as it is intended for text data added within the product data on the platform.
