How to add additional options for a product on the Riwaa platform

While selling some products, you may need to ask the customer about their preferences, such as the type of milk with coffee or gift wrapping and coordination. The Rewaa platform allows you to easily add these options.

#Creating Additional Options for a Single-Type Product

1. Go to Products and Inventory > Products.

2. Click on the product name.

3. At the bottom of the page, check (✔) the option (This product has additional options).

4. Enter the following data:

   • Name of the additional option.

   • Price.

5. If the option is part of another product:

   • Activate the option "This product is part of another product."

   • Choose the product to deduct the quantity from.

6. To add other options, click "New Additional Product."

7. Click "Save."

#Creating Additional Options for a Multi-Type Product

1. Go to Products and Inventory > Products.

2. Click on the product name.

3. Go to the desired product type, click "Add more details."

4. Confirm the product type.

5. Check (✔) the option (This product has additional options)

6. Enter the following data:

   • Name of the additional option.

   • Price.

7. If the option is part of another product:

   • Activate the option "This product is part of another product."

   • Choose the product to deduct the quantity from.

8. To add other options, click "New Additional Product."

9. Click Save Details.

1. Add the product in the sales screen.

2. Click the arrow next to the total price.

3. The additional options (Extra Options) appear.

4. Add the required quantity in the quantity field.

6. Can I delete additional options? Yes, you can. Click the delete icon next to the option name, then click "Save."

7. What is the difference between additional options and additional fields?

• Additional options: These are ready-made fields available within the product data that can be activated and used directly, such as adding a coconut milk option, gift wrapping, etc. An unlimited number of options can be added.

• Additional fields: This feature allows you to create new fields not previously available on the platform to suit your business needs, such as table number, or order option (takeaway/local), with each package having a specified number of additional fields.
