How to manage discount coupons and use them during sales

Learn how to view discount coupon details, edit or delete them, and use them during sales.

#View Discount Coupon Details

1. Go to Sales & Customers > Promotions.

2. Click on the discount coupon name to view its details.

#Edit Discount Coupon

1. Go to Sales & Customers > Promotions.

2. Click on the pencil icon 🖊️ > Edit.

3. Edit the required data.

4. Click on "Save".

#Delete Discount Coupon

1. Go to Sales & Customers > Promotions.

2. Click on the delete icon 🗑️.

3. Select "Delete Promotion".

4. Confirm the deletion.

⚠️ Note: Deleting a discount coupon will remove all discount codes associated with it, and the deletion cannot be undone.

#Use Discount Coupon During Sales

1. Go to Sales & Customers > POS > Sales Box.

2. Add products to the sales screen.

3. Click on "Add Discount" > "Discount Code".

4. Select the discount code from the list or enter it manually.

5. Click on "Apply".

ℹ️ Note: Only one discount code can be applied to the invoice.

#FAQs

1. Can I use the coupon with another discount or promotion on the same invoice?

   No, more than one discount coupon or promotion cannot be combined on the same invoice.
   

2. Can I set the number of times the coupon can be used per customer?

   No, the number of uses per customer cannot be set.
