ℹ️ Note: We strongly recommend using the devices provided by Riwaa to ensure optimal performance. By using the recommended devices from Riwaa, you won't need to worry about device compatibility, and the only factor to consider is maintaining the internet speed recommended below.

The platform supports Android 10.0 (Q) or any later version. It is important that the RAM is no less than 4 GB.
Google Chrome Browser
We recommend using the latest version to ensure optimal compatibility and good performance.
ChromeOS
Any version included in Google Long-Term Support (LTS). We recommend enabling automatic OS updates to use the latest version of this system.
⚠️ Note: The Riwaa platform does not support devices running iOS (such as Mac, iPhone, iPad). For the best user experience, we recommend using the devices provided by Riwaa. However, the business owner can use devices running iOS to monitor operations performed on the platform (without using its features).
