The Riwaa platform provides a product publishing feature, which helps you create products on the e-commerce platform and link them correctly while matching quantities between the two platforms, saving you time and effort in uploading product details for each platform separately.
Products Included in Publishing

ℹ️ Note: When publishing a multi-type product, it will reflect on the e-commerce platform as a multi-type product.
Products Not Included in Publishing (So Far)

Steps to Publish Products

Go to Products and Inventory > Products.

Check (✔) the product or products you want to publish.

Click on Actions > Publish Products.

Wait for the publishing process to complete (it may take a few minutes depending on the number of products you selected).

Upon successful publishing, a green notification appears, confirming the products have been published on the e-commerce store.

You can now receive orders and issue invoices.
ℹ️ Note: Each product can be published only once, as publishing aims to create the product on the e-commerce store, not to modify data or match quantities.
⚠️ Notice: If the product quantity is negative in Riwaa, the product is published in the store with a quantity of zero.
Publishing Errors

If there is an error, a yellow window appears.

Click on "View Details" to find out the reason.

The type or cause of the error appears directly under the product name.

No, the product is published only once even if you publish it more than once.
2- If retail prices differ between branches, which branch's data is published?
The data of the branch linked to the e-commerce store is published.
