The Riwaa platform provided a special electronic wallet for transactions conducted within the platform, helping you calculate the balance of cash amounts and continuously monitor the amounts entered into bank accounts. You can track these cash flows through the Wallet Transactions Report.

Accessing the Wallet Transactions Report

Go to Reports > Financial > Wallet Transactions.

Click on the report to view details.

Specify the time period.

Choose the type of transaction (specific transaction or all).
Filtering Search Results
You can filter search results when adding cost centers:

Click on "Filter."

Specify the cost center.
-
Click on "Apply."

Results appear according to the specified cost center.
ℹ️ If you have not added cost centers, a window will appear (No cost centers have been added).

Reading the Wallet Transactions Report
The report shows the following data according to the period and type of transaction you selected:

Transaction date.

Type of transaction, such as: sales invoice, return invoice, purchase order…etc.

Name of the user who executed the transaction.

Transaction value.

In green: Adding an amount to the wallet.

In red: Withdrawing an amount from the wallet.

Balance: The current wallet balance after recording the transaction.
Exporting the Wallet Transactions Report

Click on "Export."

An Excel file is downloaded directly to your device.

When selecting the transaction type (manual entry), not all entries appear during the specified period? The Wallet Transactions Report only shows manual entries linked to accounts affecting the wallet. Example: If you added a manual entry from cash accounts.

Can I know the withdrawal and addition amounts made to the fund through the wallet report?
Yes, click on the sales type field > transaction in the fund.
The amount appearing in green means addition to the fund, and the amount in red means withdrawal from the fund.

Can I know the user who made the withdrawal from the wallet?
Yes, click on the sales type field > transaction in the wallet > review the (Performed by) column.

Can I print the Wallet Transactions Report directly from the platform?
You can print the Wallet Transactions Report by first exporting it in Excel format, then printing it from the file.
