Adding products to the Riwaa platform is a fundamental step to start sales operations, issuing invoices, tracking inventory, and other processes. In this article, you will learn about the types of products available on the platform.
Basic Product Types
1- Single-type Product (Simple Product), such as: a pen, berry juice.
2- Multi-type Product: A product with more than one description and option, such as: 150 ml glass cup, 200 ml glass cup.
3- Bundled Product: A product that contains a number of products, offered to the customer as a single final product, such as: a bouquet of flowers or a meal in a restaurant.
Sub-product Types
After choosing the main product type, you can specify the sub-type of the product.

Packaged Product: The product that is sold by piece and carton.

Weighted Product: The product that is sold by weight.

Batch-tracked Product: The product that has an expiration date, such as medicines.

Serial Number-tracked Product: The product that has a unique serial number that cannot be duplicated on any other product, such as electronic devices and mobile phones.

Services: You can disable inventory management for service products, such as: flower arrangement service, laundry service.

1- Is there a limit to adding products?
Yes, each subscription package has a limited number of products. To know the available number of products, you can contact us through direct chats from within the platform.
2- Can I transfer my products from my previous system to the Riwaa platform?
It depends on the system you are using and how it exports product data. Contact us via direct chats from within the platform or via WhatsApp, and we will work with you to upload them to the Riwaa platform.
3- Can I set user permissions to access products and inventory?
Yes, you can do that. Go to:
