Discover how to put a sales invoice on hold and send the order to the kitchen

You can now use the "Suspend Sale" feature in the Rewaa Cashier app for Android devices to suspend a sales invoice for later issuance or send the order to the kitchen and then issue the invoice at another time. This feature helps you organize sales operations and manage tables with ease.

#Suspend Sale

1. Log in to the Rewaa Cashier app.

2. Open the sales box.

3. Add products to the sales screen.

4. Click on the suspend sale option, and a window will appear consisting of two sections:

   • In the first section, add the customer's name, notes, and additional fields "if any".

   • In the second section, choose the appropriate action:

   • Send the receipt to the kitchen and suspend the sale.

   • Suspend the sale only.

#Resume Sale

1. Click on resume sale, and a window will appear consisting of two sections:

   • From the first section, choose the sale you want.

   • In the second section, the details of the sale you selected will appear.

2. Click on resume sale. The products will appear on the sales screen.

   • If you want to issue the sales invoice, complete the usual steps to issue the invoice.

   • If you want to add or delete any of the products, perform the required action, then click on suspend sale.

#Cancel Suspended Sale

1. Click on resume sale.

2. Choose the sale you want to delete.

3. Click on delete sale.

#Frequently Asked Questions

1- Is there a limit to the number of suspended sales?

There is no limit to the number of suspended sales; you can suspend more than one sale at the same time.

2- Can I suspend a sale for more than one day?

Yes, you can suspend a sale for up to 7 days. After this period, the sale will automatically disappear from the sales box.

3- If I log out of the app, will the suspended sales be deleted?

No, the suspended sales will not be deleted. You can complete the transaction by opening the box from the same user or another user, provided the same device is used.

4- Can I suspend a sale from one device and resume it from another device?

No, you cannot. The sale is suspended on the device used to suspend the invoice.

5- Can I suspend a sale in offline sales mode?

This is not currently possible due to the unavailability of offline sales feature in the Rewaa Cashier app.
