How to Create a Quotation from the Rewaa Cashier App
Step 1: Enable the "Quotation" option from the platform

Go to Sales & Customers > Sales Settings.

Click on "Sales."

Enable the "Quotation" option.

Click "Save."
Step 2: Create the Quotation

Open the Rewaa Cashier app.

Go to the Sales Screen.

Add products to the sales screen.

Click on the "Quotation" option located in the top bar of the screen.

Add the following data:

Quotation expiration date.

Client's name.
-
Terms and conditions.
- Click "Create Quotation."
How to Print the Quotation

Open the Rewaa Cashier app.

Click on the "Quotations" option located at the top left of the screen.

Choose the quotation you want to print.

Click on the print icon located on the left of the screen, then complete the printing steps.
How to Convert a Quotation into an Invoice

Choose the quotation you want to convert into an invoice.

Click "Convert to Invoice."

You cannot edit the quotation after creating it, but you can create a new quotation again.

No, creating a quotation does not affect the quantity of products in stock. Quantities are only deducted when it is converted into an invoice and the sale is completed.
