Steps to issue a sales invoice from the Rewaa Cashier app

You can issue sales invoices according to the requirements of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority through the Rewaa Cashier application. Using different payment methods with ease. In this article, we explain the steps in detail.

⚠️ Note: A sales invoice cannot be deleted or modified after issuance according to the guidelines of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority. Therefore, please ensure the accuracy of the data before issuing the invoice. In case of an error or omission of any data, return the invoice and then issue it again with the correct data.

1. Simplified Tax Invoices (B2C): From establishment to individual.

2. Tax Invoices (B2B): From establishment to establishment.

#Steps to Issue a Sales Invoice

After adding the product/service in the products section, follow these steps:

#1. Open the Sales Register

1. Open the Rewaa Cashier app and log in.

2. Tap on the sales register.

3. Enter the opening amount (optional).

   ℹ️ Note: The opening amount is the petty cash amount with which the register is opened at the start of the shift. It is used when needed, such as returning cash to a customer.

4. Tap on "Open".

5. The sales screen appears according to the interface you selected.

#2. Add Products on the Sales Screen

1. Choose the category you want.

2. Tap on the product to add it.

3. Add the quantity by tapping on the product image or the (+) sign.

4. The products appear on the left of the sales screen.

5. Tap on "Payment Methods".

ℹ️ Note: For wholesale pricing: Tap on the "Wholesale Price" option located at the top left of the page.

If your business is a restaurant or café, the feature will appear as (internal and external price) instead of (retail and wholesale).

#Full Payment of the Invoice

1. Select the customer's name (optional).

   ⚠️ To ensure the customer's name appears on the invoice, activate the option through the sales settings on the Rewaa page in the browser.

2. Choose the payment method:

• Cash: Add the amount > Tap on Pay.

• Credit Card: The invoice is issued directly and printed.

#Multiple Payment

(The customer pays the full invoice amount using more than one payment method).

1. Select the customer's name (optional).

2. Activate the "Multiple Payment" option.

3. Enter the amount the customer paid according to the payment methods.

4. Tap on "Multiple Payment". The invoice is issued directly and printed.

#Partial Payment

(The customer pays part of the amount and completes it later).

1. Select the customer's name (mandatory).

2. Activate the "Multiple Payment" option.

3. Enter the amount the customer paid according to the payment method.

4. Tap on "Multiple Payment". The invoice is issued directly and printed.

#Deferred Payment

(The customer pays the invoice amount at a later time).

1. Choose the payment method: Deferred Sale.

2. Select the customer's name (mandatory).

3. Tap on "Deferred Payment". The invoice is issued directly and printed.

#4. Print the Invoice and Share it with the Customer

1. Print the invoice:

• The invoice is automatically printed after issuance.

ℹ️ To stop automatic printing: More > Settings, disable automatic invoice printing.

Share the invoice with the customer:

1. After issuing the invoice, tap on "Share".

2. Choose the sharing app (such as WhatsApp or email).
