Customer Payments Report is a debit statement for your customers on the Riway platform, showing all transactions between you and each customer. Through it, you can know the payment history and the amounts due for each customer (debts) for each time period.
Accessing the Report

Go to Reports > Sales > Customer Payments Report.

Click on the report to view the details.
Searching the Report
You can search using:

Customer Name.

Customer Tax Number.
Filtering Search Results

Click on "Filter."

You can filter results by:

Date (from–to).
-
Customer Name.
-
Customer Tax Number.

Click on "Apply."
Setting the Time

Click on the time field.

Select the desired time frame:

24 hours (default setting).

Choose a custom period (temporary or fixed).
To choose a temporary period:

Click on "Edit period "Temporary"."

Select the start time and end time.

Click on "Apply."
To add a fixed period:

Click on "Set a Fixed Period."

Add the period name.

Set the period hours.
-
Click on "Apply."
Sorting Data

Click on the "Sort by" field.

Choose the appropriate order to display the data in the report.
Report Sections

Summary: An overview of the total customer payments.

Details: Payments for each customer by the specified period or filter.

Exporting the Report
- Click "Export":

To export the report details: Choose (xlsx).

To export the report summary: Choose (summary xlsx).
- An (Excel) file is downloaded to your device.
Frequently Asked Questions
1- How can I find out the invoices that the customer has not paid?
Through Sales and Customers > Customers > Search for the customer's name > Click on the icon (⚙️) > Choose "Receive Due Amount from Customer," all the invoices due on the customer will appear.
2- Can I export the Customer Payments Report for a specific time period?
Yes. Select the period via the "Filter" option and then click "Export."
3- Where can I find the amounts due on the customer?
Through the Customer Payments Report > Search for the customer's name, the paid and due amounts will appear.
4- How can I know which customers have debts for more than 3 months?
Through the Customer Payments Report > Review the "Amount Due for more than 90 Days" column.

In the Customer Payments Report, if the sales equal the amount paid, it means the customer has fulfilled all their financial obligations.
