The Customer Sold Products Report helps you identify the products that the customer frequently purchases, enabling you to offer suitable promotions to enhance their loyalty, and focus on products that increase your profits and better meet customer needs.
Accessing the Report

Go to Reports > Sales > Customer Sold Products Report.

Click on the report to view the details.
Searching the Report
- Type the customer's name in the designated search field.
Filtering Search Results

Click on "Filter."

You can filter the results by:
-
Date (From–To).
-
Customer Name.
-
Customer Mobile Number.
-
Product Name.
-
SKU.
-
Product Tracking Information.
-

Click on "Apply."
Setting the Time

Click on the time field.
-
Select the desired time frame:
-
24 Hours (default setting).

Choose a custom period (temporary or fixed).
To choose a temporary period:

Click on "Edit 'Temporary' Period."

Select the start and end time.

Click on "Apply."
To add a fixed period:

Click on "Select Fixed Period."

Add the period name.

Set the period hours.
-
Click on "Apply."
Sorting Data

Click on the "View By" field.

Choose the appropriate order to display the data in the report.
Report Sections

Summary: Summary of sales from customers.

Details: Sales details by each customer.
ℹ️ Summary and detail data are calculated based on the specified date, time, and filter criteria.
Report Data
The report displays each product purchased by the customer and the specified period.
Customer Name
The name of the customer who made the purchase.
Customer Phone Number
The customer's mobile number registered on the platform.
Product Name/SKU
According to the information added on the platform.
Quantity
The total quantity the customer purchased of the product.
Product Tracking Information
For tracked products only by batch number or serial number.
Exporting the Report

Click on "Export."

Choose: xlsx.

An Excel file will be downloaded directly to your device.
FAQs
1- How can I find out the best-selling products for the customer?
Search by the customer's name in the designated field, then click on the data display field and choose the highest quantity first.
2- How can I find out the batch number or serial number of the product the customer purchased?
This data appears in the Product Tracking Information column.
3- Why don't all the data appear in the report?
Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the table to see all columns, or click on export to view all data in an Excel file.
