The Sales Report from Each Invoice helps you view the details of amounts and taxes for each invoice. Through it, you can distinguish invoices subject to tobacco fees (100%) from those subject to VAT (15%), in addition to accurately reviewing profit, loss, and returns.
Accessing the Report

Go to Reports > Sales > Sales Report from Each Invoice.

Click on the report to view the details.
Searching the Report
Enter the sales invoice number or return invoice in the designated search field.
Filtering Search Results

Click on "Filter."

You can filter results by:

Date (from–to).
-
Invoice number.
-
Location.
-

Click on "Apply."
Setting the Time

Click on the time field.

Select the desired time frame:

24 hours (default setting).

Choose a custom period (temporary or fixed).
To choose a temporary period:

Click on "Edit Temporary Period."

Set the start time and end time.

Click on "Apply."
To add a fixed period:

Click on "Set Fixed Period."

Add the period name.

Set the period hours.

Click on "Apply."
Sorting Data

Click on the "Sort By" field.

Choose the appropriate sorting for displaying data in the report.
Report Sections

Summary: Displays a summary of sales from all invoices.

Details: Details of each invoice individually.

Report Data
Invoice Number
All sales and return invoices, from Rewaa cashier and online stores.
Location
The branch where the sale transaction took place.
Sales
Total completed sales excluding tax and discounts.
Cost of Goods Sold
Total cost of products sold.
Profit Value
Sales (excluding tax) minus the cost of goods sold.
Tax 15%
Total sales tax collected for products subject to a 15% tax rate.
Tax 100%
Total sales tax collected for products subject to a 100% tax rate.
Other Taxes
Total sales tax collected for products subject to other tax rates.
Sales Tax
Total tax collected from the sale of taxable basic products at all rates.
Sales Including Tax
Total completed product sales minus discounts.
Quantity Sold
Quantity of products sold, without deducting returned quantities. Example: Sold (10 pieces) and returned (3 pieces) shows the quantity sold as (10).
Quantity Returned
Quantity of products returned.

Exporting the Report
- Click "Export":

To export the report summary: Choose (Summary xlsx).

To export report details: Choose (XLSX) file, or (PDF) file.
- The file is downloaded to your device.

1- How do I identify invoices that contain products subject to tobacco fees?

Copy the invoice number from the report, then go to Sales and Customers > Sales Invoices.

Search for the invoice number in the report, tax details appear in the designated columns.
5- Can I find invoices that include discounts?
Not through this report. To find that, go to Sales and Customers > Sales Invoices, enter the details of each invoice, or export the invoices to an Excel file and search in the Discount column.
6- Why don't all data appear in the report?
Use the scrollbar below the table to see all data, or click on export to view all data in an Excel file.
