The Transactions Report at Each Location helps you know the details of all transactions that took place at each branch you have, know the branches with the highest income, the quantities sold at each branch, and other data such as the date and time of the transaction, the type of transaction, and the user who executed it, among other details that make it easier for you to analyze the performance of your business.
Accessing the Report

Go to Reports > Sales > Transactions Report at Each Location.

Click on the report to view the details.
Searching the Report
- Type the invoice or transaction number (Sale/Return/Purchases) in the designated search field.
Filtering Search Results

Click on "Filter".

You can filter the results by:
-
Date (From–To).
-
Location.
-
Transaction Reference.
-
Transaction Type.
-
Sales Channel.
-
User Name.
-

Click on "Apply".
Setting the Time

Click on the time field.
-
Set the desired time frame:
-
24 hours (default setting).
-
Choose a custom period (temporary or fixed).
To choose a temporary period:

Click on "Edit Temporary Period".

Set the start time and end time.

Click on "Apply".
To add a fixed period:
-
Click on "Set Fixed Period".

Add the period name.
-
Set the period hours.
-
Click on "Apply".
Sorting the Data

Click on the "Display By" field.

Choose the appropriate order to display the data in the report.
Report Data
The report displays all transactions at the location based on the specified date, time, and filters.
Location
The branch where the transaction took place.
Location Code
The code added in Settings > Locations.
Transaction Reference
The sales, return, or purchase invoice number on the platform.
Transaction Type
Sales or return transactions across all sales channels, or receiving amounts due from the customer.
Transaction Date
The date and time of issuing the invoice or performing the transaction on the platform.
Quantity per Transaction
The quantity of the product in the invoice/transaction.
Amount Paid/Received
The total amount collected or deducted including tax in case of sale or return, or the amount received due from the customer.
Sales Channel
Point of Sale or online store (Salla, Zid).
User
The account that issued the invoice or performed the transaction.

Exporting the Report

Click on "Export".

Choose: xlsx.
