Sales Report from Each Sales Channel is dedicated to analyzing your sales from all the sales channels you have. It helps you identify the most effective channels by analyzing their performance separately. The report displays the channel name, sales, profit value, and other details.
ℹ️ A sales channel is the channel from which the invoice is issued: Rewaa cashier and online stores.
Accessing the Report

Go to Reports > Sales > Sales Report from Each Sales Channel.

Click on the report to view the details.
Searching the Report
- Type the name of the sales channel in the designated search field.
Filtering Search Results

Click on "Filter".

You can filter the results by:

Date (from–to).
-
Sales channel.
-
Location.
-

Click on "Apply".
Setting the Time

Click on the time field.

Select the desired time frame:

24 hours (default setting).

Choose a custom period (temporary or fixed).
To choose a temporary period:

Click on "Edit Temporary Period".

Select the start time and end time.
-
Click on "Apply".
To add a fixed period:

Click on "Select Fixed Period".

Add the period name.

Set the period hours.
-
Click on "Apply".
Sorting Data

Click on the "View by" field.

Choose the appropriate sorting to display the data in the report.
Report Sections

Summary: Displays total sales from all points of sale.

Details: Displays sales of each channel according to the specified period or filter.
Report Data
Sales Channel
The channel through which invoices were issued, Rewaa cashier (Point Of Sales) or online stores linked with Rewaa.
Location
The branch through which the invoice was issued.
Sales
Total sales invoices minus returns and discounts, excluding tax.
Cost of Goods Sold
The direct cost of purchasing the sold products.
Profit Value
Sales excluding tax minus the cost of goods sold.
Sales Including Tax
Total sales invoices minus returns and discounts.
Quantity Sold
The quantity of products sold, without deducting the return quantity.
Quantity Returned
The quantity of products that were returned.

Exporting the Report
- Click "Export":

To export the report details: choose (xlsx).

To export the report summary: choose (summary xlsx).
- An Excel file is downloaded to your device.
Frequently Asked Questions
1- When unlinking from the online store platform, does the sales report from each sales channel get affected?
Unlinking does not affect the numbers in the sales report from each sales channel.
2- I have orders from the online store that did not appear in the sales report from each sales channel?
