The Sales Report for Each Payment Status helps you categorize your sales by payment status (Paid, Partially Paid, Unpaid). Through it, you can know the amounts actually collected and the amounts due for each location, making it easier for you to follow up on your financial dues and collect your debts.
Accessing the Report

Go to Reports > Sales > Sales Report for Each Payment Status.

Click on the report to view details.
Searching the Report
- Type the location name in the designated search field.
Filtering Search Results

Click on "Filter."

You can filter results by:
-
Date (From–To).
-
Payment Status.
-
Location.
-

Click on "Apply."
Setting the Time

Click on the time field.
-
Select the timeframe you want:

24 hours (default setting).
-
Choose a custom period (temporary or fixed).
To choose a temporary period:

Click on "Edit Temporary Period."

Set the start and end time.
-
Click on "Apply."
To add a fixed period:

Click on "Select Fixed Period."

Add the period name.
-
Set the period hours.
-
Click on "Apply."
Sorting Data

Click on the "View By" field.

Choose the appropriate order to display the data in the report.
Report Data
The report displays all sales sorted by the specified filter and timeframe.
Payment Status
Paid, Partially Paid, Unpaid.
Location
The branch from which the sale was made.
Sales
Total completed sales for the location excluding tax, minus returns and discounts.
Cost of Goods Sold
The total cost of sold products minus the total cost of returned products.
Profit Value
Sales of the location excluding tax minus the cost of goods sold.
Sales Tax
Total tax collected from the sale of taxable core products at all rates.
Sales Including Tax
Total completed sales at the location minus returns and discounts.
Quantity Sold
The quantity of products sold before deducting returns.
Quantity Returned
The quantity of products that were returned.
