This report helps you track all transactions made with your customers through the platform, such as sales invoices, returns, and payment collections. The report is updated automatically and in real-time.
Accessing the Report

Go to Reports > Sales > Customer Transactions Report.

Click on the report to view details.
Searching the Report
- Search by customer name or phone number in the designated search field.
Filtering Search Results

Click on "Filter."

You can filter results by:
-
Date (from-to).
-
Customer name.
-
Customer mobile number.
-
Location.
-
Transaction reference.
-
Transaction type.
-
Sales channel.
-

Click on "Apply."
Setting the Time

Click on the time field.

Select the desired time frame:

24 hours (default setting).

Choose a custom period (temporary or fixed).
To select a temporary period:

Click on "Edit Temporary Period."

Set the start and end time.

Click on "Apply."
To add a fixed period:

Click on "Set Fixed Period."

Add the period name.

Set the period hours.

Click on "Apply."
Sorting Data

Click on the "Sort by" field.

Choose the appropriate order to display the data in the report.
Report Data
The report displays each transaction separately based on the selected filter or time period.
Customer Name/ Customer Phone Number
Based on the data added in the Customers section.
Location
The branch from which the customer made the purchase.
Transaction Reference
The sales invoice number, return, or purchase invoice on the platform.
Transaction Type
Sales or return transactions across all sales channels, or receiving due amounts from the customer.
Transaction Date
The date the transaction was made on the platform.
Quantity per Transaction
The quantity of products in the invoice.
Amount Paid/Received
The total amount collected or deducted including tax.
Payment Method
The payment method used when conducting the transaction, such as: cash, credit card, etc.
Sales Channel
Point of sale, Salla store, Zid store.
User
The account that issued the invoice or executed the transaction.

Exporting the Report

Click "Export."

Choose (xlsx).

An (Excel) file is downloaded to your device.
Frequently Asked Questions
1- Can I know the date on which the customer paid their due invoices?
Yes, click on Filter > choose the transaction type "Receive Due Amount." All payment transactions with the date for each transaction will appear.
2- Can I know all transactions for a specific customer?
Yes, search by the customer's name or phone number in the report, and all their transactions will appear according to the specified time period.
3- Why don't all data appear in the report?
Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the table to see all data, or click on Export to view all data in an Excel file.
